I have participated in seed and plant exchanges such as Dave's Garden and All Things Plants for hard to find perennials, heirloom vegetables, and native plants.  Seed Libraries are an interesting concept. The Seed Library site offers ideas for organizing your seeds and how libraries can start programs. What do you think?

Easy to start Texas natives are Dahlberg Daisy (Thymophylla) and Sacred thorn-apple (Datura).

  1. I'm thrilled we have seed libraries because that's how we keep her agricultural and horticultural heritage. So many seeds saved. Happy Bloom Day!~~Dee

    1. Dee, you probably have many of those heirloom vegetable seeds. Old books and old seeds are some of the best! Thanks for leaving a comment.
