If you want to add shades of pink in the late summer, fall, and winter I found this pink mum a refreshing choice to include in an accent palette. The flamingo mum is hardy in zones 6a - 11 (-10°F (-23.3°C)). I could see these used as table decorations for a special celebration. This is  a very cheerful color and a great offering outside the golden colors we see during the fall.

The Dallas Arboretum used the Flamingo mum as a border, planted enmasse for the 12 Days of Christmas themed garden exhibit.
