Family | Crassulaceae (Stonecrop)

Sedum

Doesn't it look great next to the burgundy Oxalis?
Autumn Joy Sedum, Flower color: Pink to red, Crassulaceae Family (stonecrops), Xeriscape Plant.
In my garden this is a perennial. My neighbor gave me a cutting and I have planted it in an old copper boiler. This year I tried adding curly purple basil for contrast and behind the boiler I have Mexican Sage which has gray foliage with a  lilac shaded spiky flower and the height to rise above the boiler and sedum. The Mexican Sage has yet to flower and that may be due to our drought but I am anxious to  see these autumn flowering plants work together.

Aeonium

The Kiwi Aeonium will turn orange as it is exposed to more sunshine. This drought tolerant
succulent forms rosettes with yellow blossoms.
